- Crafting comprehensive monthly financial reports, encompassing the balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, and other specified elements.
- Generating management reports and ad-hoc reports like CBS.
- Contributing to the preparation of the annual group financial statement and Dutch tax filing.
- Analysing the monthly and quarterly corporate income taxes, as well as reviewing transfer pricing files.
- Establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conducting financial internal audits globally and ensuring follow-up on the findings.
- Managing and optimizing administrative organization & internal control processes.
- Overseeing the group-wide insurance portfolio and serving as the primary contact with brokers.
- Upholding the Verder Group accounting manual and providing support on intricate accounting matters.
- Identifying and implementing developments in the financial field, such as Corporate sustainability reporting directive implementation to establish efficient processes for accurate periodic reporting and translating requirements into daily practice.
Who are you?
- You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Economics or related education.
- You bring a minimum of 5 years work experience in accountancy or corporate finance, including internal audit exposure.
- You've demonstrated expertise in consolidation and complex accounting topics such as M&A, pension, and income tax.
- You possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial impacts.
- You're fluent in English.
- You uphold a high level of integrity and thrive under pressure.
