Your responsibilities include:
  • Managing user tickets on Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, and related topics through phone and email, addressing both basic and complex inquiries, and resolving incidents efficiently.
  • Proactively and effectively supporting (Key) Users in utilizing Dynamics 365 F&O and CE, addressing queries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of IT manuals and orchestrating changes and releases for Dynamics 365 F&O and CE using Microsoft Dynamics lifecycle services.
  • Identifying and suggesting enhancements for Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, and associated applications to improve their functionality and utilization.
  • Overseeing user management and associated (security) roles, along with the import and update of product and sales data.

Who are you?

  • You hold a minimum MBO 4 qualification with experience in ERP and data migration.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in roles such as System Analyst, Functional Support, or Support Analyst for an ERP-system.
  • You have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a good command of English.
  • Your strengths lie in accuracy, proactivity, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • You possess strong communicative skills.
